The main role of the Product and Innovation Committee (PIC) is to give Healthia team members a space to share feedback with the Executive and Senior Management teams on products, services, technology, and other ideas that could help improve patient outcomes, support clinical practice, or make health service delivery more efficient. It’s a chance for team members to have a voice in shaping the tools and innovations that support the way we deliver care.
