The Business Advisory Committee (BAC) provides a forum for tactical feedback from clinical leaders to the Executive and Senior Management teams on a broad range of business matters including strategy, accepted and effective business standards expected within the Company’s group of allied health businesses. The BAC has an ultimate function to promote the success of the Group via quality, relevance, innovation and industry leading business management practices.
