Are you a dynamic employee who is looking for flexibility, diversity within their role, and great company culture? Then this is the role for you! Position: Part-time or Casual receptionist (approximately 2 - 3 days per week), growth within the role is possible for the right candidate.
Location: Allsports Group – multi-site role (Brisbane City, Bulimba & Mansfield). Experience: Prior customer service experience is necessary.
Remuneration: Physiotherapy Businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and with consultation of the award.
The role: We are looking for a person who can provide excellent customer service to all that interact with our businesses. To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently, show initiative, and be a keen learner. You will be expected to perform basic administrative duties to a very high standard, which include:
Answering customer calls and emails
Managing a dynamic multi-disciplinary diary
Taking payments
Processing third party invoices
Ensuring the clinic is kept tidy
Supporting the clinicians in their daily needs
