Position: Part-time receptionist/administrator (approximately 16 – 24 per week).
Location: Brisbane City, Greenslopes, and Auchenflower.
Experience: Significant customer service experience is necessary. Experience in allied health/medical reception is advantageous.
Remuneration: Physiotherapy Businesses are governed by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This role will be remunerated commensurate with experience and in consultation with the award.
The role: We are looking for a friendly and dynamic person who takes a mature approach to their work. You will be the first point of contact for clients both by the phone and in person and will be required to deliver exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an employee who desires a long-term opportunity in a supportive environment where you will be surrounded by an experienced administration and clinical team.
To be success in this reception role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently, show initiative and flexibility, and maintain strict confidentiality. You will have experience in Microsoft Office Suite and we will train you in our practice management system.
Role Overview:
Greeting and assisting clients in a friendly, caring and helpful manner, so that they feel welcome and comfortable.
Answering phones/emails promptly with the ability to prioritising tasks
Scheduling appointments and diary management
Processing of payments and invoices
Building an excellent working relationship with our therapists
Flexibility to travel between clinics if required

We are a multi-site clinic operating from Chermside, Brisbane City, Greenslopes, Auchenflower and other satellite locations.
